What Is the Summer Refresh?

  • A program that will help you support your natural detox pathways in the body. We will remove inflammatory foods and replace them with fresh, nutrient dense, whole foods. All the recipes in this program can be made in 30 minutes or less!
  • We live in a world where toxic exposure is the norm, detoxing lets take some time to reduce the burden and help the body dump the junk. We will not only remove toxins from our food, but we will work on removing them from personal care products and every day household products as well. 

  • You will learn how to support proper liver, gut and immune function and release toxins that are leading to a myriad of health issues.
