Vegan Pumpkin Spice Turmeric Latte

Get ready for the most delicious fall drink!



INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (I got mine from Trader Joe's)

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1.5 cups non dairy milk (I prefer Coconut Milk)

  • 1.5 tbsp honey

  • Turmeric pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine water and spices in a small pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Blend or froth the non dairy milk and honey until frothy. Add to the boiling water.

  3. Bring to a boil.

  4. Pour into mugs. Sprinkle pinches of turmeric and pumpkin pie spice, serve and enjoy!

  5. You can also add a dollop of whipped non dairy cream on top to serve.
