Immune Boosting Elderberry Gummies

I don't know about you but I cannot afford to get sick this flu season! Try out these quick and easy homemade Immune Boosting Elderberry Gummies to help boost your immune system so that you aren't getting sick all the time this fall and winter!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup elderberry syrup, I used this one.

  • 3 tablespoons organic beef gelatin, I used this one.

  • 1/3 cup hot water

  • 1 tablespoon organic, local honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • Coconut oil for greasing the molds


Directions

  1. Grease the gummy bear molds (you can use any small molds you have, I used what I believe are cupcake molds and just cut the gummies in half since they were way too big!)

  2. Place the water in a small pot and heat, but do not bring to a boil

  3. Add in the gelatin and stir

  4. Take off heat and add in the elderberry syrup, honey and turmeric

  5. Stir until completely blended and cooled

  6. Transfer to your molds, place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

  7. Once completely cooled, transfer the gummies to an airtight container and store for up to 2 weeks!


* Have one per day for optimal immune health.
